8 bore paper shells.
I reload for my 8 bore with industrial plastic shells that I resize down to fit in my shotgun. After 1 reloading the black powder pretty much ruins the case.. I have been unable to locate any paper 8 or 4 bore paper cases here in the US. Have any of you in the UK have a source of empty's or loaded ones you could share please.

That is a very big gun. They do come on the market from time to time, I'll look out for some. Holts have a sale next month but no 8 bore cases. I'll check elsewhere.

They rarely come on the market here. There are several on guns international but have all been there for a long while because the sellers are asking too much for them. I found mine at a skeet range it was in bad shape. Had to strip and relay the barrels, rebrown and make a new spring for the top lever. Since I got it for very good price it was worth bringing back this big old wildfowling piece.

Southams are holding an auction on Thursday 8 March. They have for sale:
41 Eley Kynoch 8 bore new primed paper cartridges cases estimated at £50-£80
23 Gevelot 8 bore new primed paper cartridges cases 3 7/8" estimated at £30-£40
35 Eley Kynoch 8 bore new primed paper cartridges cases estimated at £40-£60
Buyer's commision is 21.6%
I'm not sure about exporting primed cases but I've got a big hammer and several 6" nails if necessary

I just heard back from Southams they are unable to ship primed cases. I will keep trying to find some unprimed.
Re: 8 bore paper shells.
I can remove the primers no trouble and no charge, but can you replace them with the right type?

I believe I can source some primers here if they are not standard 209s. I have a couple of books with reloading recipes and component sources written by a fellow here, that performs ammunition pressure testing for industry and private citizens. He has a good selection of low pressure loads of smokeless powder to use safely replacing black powder.

Re: 8 bore paper shells.
I may have been mistaken about reloading these red paper cases. Since the red cases use the two piece sure-fire primer I cannot source any here. The only cases that will work are buff colored and they will accept a 209 primer. I will keep looking
